Concessions Manager at the Guthrie

The Concessions and Beverage Manager is a specialized position which provides administrative and operational support for Chowgirls at The Guthrie as it pertains to its concession services. Responsibilities include staff management, communication, scheduling, managing inventory, onsite logistics & service, quality control and aesthetics. This position reports to the OPERATIONS MANAGER.

Lead Line Cook

The Lead Line Cook oversees and manages the overall production, quality control, and operations in the kitchen. Responsibilities include organizing and directing the processes necessary to provide a clean, professional, high quality, and high-volume catering kitchen. The position reports to the Sous Chef.

Warehouse Staff

The ideal candidate will thrive as part of a team, but also be able to focus on independent work. In the warehouse we work hard, and often at a fast-pace, to ensure our catered events have the equipment they need onsite. We have fun, and value cooperation, kindness, and respect.

Delivery Driver

The Delivery Driver is responsible for the execution of sustainable and disposable deliveries including reporting to HQ to pick up appropriate equipment and food for a delivery, loading in, setting up, breaking down, and cleaning according to Chowgirls training, standards, and procedure.

Catering Service Staff

Chowgirls is hiring front of house service staff! We prefer candidates who have at least two years of catering experience as a server or similar role. Part time shifts are available, and weekend availability is required. Applicants must be willing to work both collaboratively as a team, and independently.

Prep / Party Cook

The Party Cook assists onsite chefs in handling event food safely from event expo to event return. Party Cooks are responsible for food transport, kitchen set up and break down and preparing all food needed for events. This position will work directly with Chefs onsite during plated and family style events.

Event Manager

The Event Manager is responsible for physically executing the event from start to finish. The EM oversees, coordinates, and acts as direct report to all onsite staff for the event including Bar, Chef, AEM and all serving staff. The EM is the direct contact with the client at an event. The duties of the event manager include the duties of all of FOH roles according to Chowgirls training, standards, and procedure. This position will be hired initially as a server and upon proficiency in a serving role would train into Event Manager. If interested in becoming an Event Manager, please apply as a server first!
