PLATED
Plated style service is perfect for couples who prioritize a feeling of topnotch service with a beautifully plated meal set before each guest. Typically wedding clients offer guests three meal choices including two protein options and a vegetarian or vegan entree. For a welcoming table look, we often preset bread baskets and individual salads, or salads may be served as well. The average cost couples spend on a plated meal for their wedding is $155+ per person, including staff and wares.
FAMILY STYLE
Family style is perfect for creating a shared experience. Guests are able to serve themselves at each table, passing around bountiful platters and bowls of seasonal sides, salad, and entrées, just like a family dinner. This option offers convenience for guests to help themselves to more food without portion control, so we plan for 15% more food to make sure there is enough for everyone. Couples who choose family style typically spend about $165+ per person, including staff and wares.

BUFFET
Buffet style service is ideal for couples who want a feeling of bounty. Our go-to wedding buffets include a salad, bread basket, our signature roasted organic veggies, a starch like potatoes or grits, and two meat options. We have many great vegetarian and vegan sides and special entrées available upon request. The average cost is $140+ per person, including staff and wares.
