CATERING WITH A CONSCIENCE

We strive to walk our talk and center our core values — sustainability, inclusivity, and community — in all that we do. Because we take our responsibility to our workplace, our community, and our world very seriously, we make mindful business decisions to craft quality food with respect for people and the planet.

Inclusivity

We're committed to fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI) within our team and community. Juntos ("together" in Spanish) is a diverse, interdepartmental group of Chowgirls employees that leads our DEI initiatives. Recently, we doubled down on our efforts by collaborating with DeYoung Consulting Services to analyze and improve our DEI program.

Community

We believe that by thinking outside ourselves and investing in each other, we can create a better world. Chowgirls partners with organizations that support women, children, arts, hunger relief, local farming, food inequity, and sustainability. We're passionate about supporting these meaningful causes by raising awareness, donating, and volunteering.

Sustainability

Our commitment to sustainability has set us apart from the beginning. Chowgirls was among the first “green” caterers in Minnesota and has been leading the way in sustainable events ever since. We’re committed to taking care of the earth by limiting our environmental impact and educating others.
